　　根据公开简历，倪会忠出生于1968年，中国青年政治学院毕业，法学学士学位。他长期在国家体育总局工作，曾任国家体育总局人力资源开发中心主任，国家体育总局办公厅主任等职。2017年12月，倪会忠被任命为冬季运动管理中心主任、党委书记，2023年8月，官方通报倪会忠被查。

　　党纪政务处分通报称，经查，倪会忠丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，对党不忠诚不老实，搞团团伙伙、拉帮结派，为自己营造声势捞取政治资本；表里不一，阳奉阴违，搞两面派，做两面人；结交政治骗子；私藏、阅看有严重政治问题的书籍；搞迷信活动；对抗组织审查；履行全面从严治党第一责任人职责不力。违反中央八项规定精神，违规出入私人会所，违规接受宴请、旅游等活动安排；收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品礼金。违背组织原则，在组织谈话时不如实说明问题；在干部考察推荐中搞拉票、助选等非组织活动；利用职务便利或职权上的影响为他人谋取人事利益。廉洁底线失守，纵容、默许特定关系人利用本人职务上的影响谋取私利；长期无偿借用他人住房。作风霸道，存在官僚主义问题；私自留存涉及党组织关于干部选拔任用等方面资料。生活奢靡、贪图享乐。大搞权钱交易，利用职务上的便利为他人在工程承揽、赛事承办、职工招聘等方面谋取利益，并非法收受巨额财物。

　　根据通报，倪会忠严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、工作纪律和生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，在党的十八大、十九大甚至二十大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等有关规定，经国家体育总局党组研究，决定给予倪会忠开除党籍、开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；河南省监委将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。(完)
